Herbal Blend Ingredients:

Damiana - Have been know to be used to help headaches, depression, anxiety, bedwetting, nervous stomach, constipation; prevention and treatment of sexual problems; boosting and maintaining mental and physical stamina; and as an aphrodisiac.

Ashwagandha - known for its calming effects on the mind and body, reduces swelling, lowers blood pressure, and boosts immune system. 

Lemon Balm -  a member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion (including gas and bloating, as well as colic). *Avoid if on sedatives or thyroid medications.

Hops - Used for anxiety, inability to sleep (insomnia) and other sleep disorders, restlessness, tension, excitability, nervousness, and irritability.

Ginger Root - Help prevent stress, nausea, digestives issues, common cold symptoms, and promotes healthy ageing. 

 Orange Peel - Orange peel also contains good amounts of provitamin A, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6, and calcium. Plus, it's rich in plant compounds called polyphenols, which may help prevent and manage many chronic conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, and Alzheimer's disease.
