Processing & Shipping

At Emerald Coast Alternatives, every order is handcrafted with care by our very small team of 1–2 people. Because our products are made and packaged by hand, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped. We always hope to have it on its way sooner!

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with USPS tracking information. Please remember that carrier transit times are separate from our processing time and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Custom blends, bulk orders, and ½–1 lb products may require additional processing time. If your order contains one of these items, the entire order may ship together once everything is ready.

We know waiting for tea can feel like steeping in slow motion, and we genuinely appreciate your patience. Every order supports our small, family-owned business, and we are continually working to improve our turnaround times without sacrificing the care that goes into your products.
