A Little Update From Our Family to Yours
First, we want to thank every single one of you for your continued patience, kindness, and support as we navigate hurricane recovery here at Emerald Coast Alternatives.
The recent hurricanes brought some unexpected challenges to our little family-owned tea shop, including storm damage, product loss, supply chain disruptions, and significant delays in receiving our herbs.
Unfortunately, our incoming herbal shipment was delayed by an additional two weeks and is now expected to arrive Sunday, October 25, 2026.
📦 Our Next Shipping Date: Monday, October 26, 2026
We're preparing to resume shipping outstanding orders beginning Monday, October 26, as long as our incoming herbs arrive as expected. Orders will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible, prioritizing those that have been waiting the longest.

We know that's a long time to wait for your tea, and we don't take your patience or trust lightly. Between hurricane recovery, replacing lost inventory, delayed herbal deliveries, and catching up on outstanding orders, we've been doing everything we can to get our little shop back on its feet.
