At Emerald Coast Alternatives, every order is handcrafted with care by our small but dedicated team of 1-2 people. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the volume of orders we receive, processing times can take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Once shipped, USPS delivery times have been unpredictable, and while most packages arrive in a timely manner, occasional delays or lost packages do occur. To set realistic expectations, we estimate a total shipping timeframe of 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order. *Custom Blends & 1/2-1lb orders are subject to longer wait times.* We know this may seem like a long wait, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work hard to streamline our process and get your teas to you as quickly as possible.
