Anti-Inflammatory Cinnamon Mimosa Mocktail - Recipe
Ingredients:
- Anti-Inflammatory Apricot Dessert Tea
- Orange Juice
- Sparkling Peach/Pear Juice
Step 1: Steep Tea! How much tea you steep depends on preference and how “strong” you like your tea. I like to start at 1 tsp per 6oz of water (5 tsp/2 cups of water). Pour hot water over the tea blend (your tea can be loose or in a tea steeper/infuser/tea bag.)
TIP: I remove herbs from the tea water between 6-10 mins. (4-6 mins for mugwort & passionflower) This helps prevent your tea from over-steeping as it cools.
You can either allow for your tea to cool in the fridge or pour it over ice.
Step 2: Assemble!
This is where you can get creative with your ratios. A safe place to start is 1 part of each ingredient.
