With gentle mindfulness, visualization, emotional awareness, and tea-based nervous system cues (warmth, scent, and slow sips), you’ll learn to feel safe in your own mind and body again, one breath, one sip, one step at a time.

About The Creator

Katarina Scott is a mindfulness meditation teacher specializing in nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and self-connection. With a background in health, movement, and behavioral support, she integrates breathwork, sensory awareness, and practical mindfulness techniques to help individuals manage anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection. Her work is especially supportive for neurodivergent and trauma-sensitive individuals, offering accessible tools that focus on building safety and awareness within the body.

Day 1: The Entryway: Meeting Your Haunted Self
A gentle, story-led meditation to help you come home to yourself without pressure to change. In this first step of the journey, you’ll enter your inner world, ground into your body, and meet the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen. Through breath, sensory awareness, and soft emotional connection, you’ll begin building safety, self-trust, and a sense of belonging within.
Day 2: The Mirror Room: Seeing Without Judgment
A gentle meditation for self-acceptance and releasing harsh self-judgment. In this second room, you’ll learn to see yourself clearly, without criticism or pressure to change. Through grounding, breath, and soft reflection, you’ll begin to separate your true voice from learned judgment, reconnect with compassion, and feel safer in your own presence.
Day 3: The Attic: Unpacking the Past
A gentle meditation for releasing the weight of the past without reliving it. In this third room, you’ll explore old memories, mistakes, and versions of yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. Through breath, grounding, and soft emotional processing, you’ll begin to let go of shame, keep the wisdom, and feel more at peace with where you’ve been.
Day 4: The Ballroom: Dancing with Shadows
A guided meditation for working with intense emotions instead of fighting them. In this fourth room, you’ll gently connect with feelings like anger, grief, and fear, allowing them to move through your body with awareness and safety. Through breath and grounding, you’ll shift from overwhelm to understanding, learning to regulate your nervous system without suppressing what you feel.
Day 5: The Library: Listening to Your Inner Voice
A gentle meditation for reconnecting with your inner voice and rebuilding self-trust. In this fifth room, you’ll slow down enough to hear your intuition beneath the noise of overthinking. Through breath, stillness, and soft awareness, you’ll begin to listen without second-guessing, remembering that the guidance you need has always been within you.
Day 6: The Garden: Growing Self-Love from the Graves
A grounding meditation for rebuilding self-worth and reconnecting with the parts of you that feel lost. In this sixth room, you’ll gently explore what you’ve buried, old wounds, forgotten joy, and pieces of yourself that were left behind, and begin to nurture them with compassion. Through breath and body awareness, you’ll shift from self-criticism to growth, allowing new self-love to take root.
Day 7: The Tower: Sovereignty & Integration
A grounding meditation for integration, self-trust, and stepping fully into yourself. In this final room, you’ll gather the parts of you you’ve explored and reconnect with a steady sense of wholeness. Through breath, awareness, and reflection, you’ll move from self-doubt to self-trust, leaving with a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and belonging within yourself.
