In addition, red raspberry leaf tea is also a food rich in vitamins and minerals.
Nettle Leaf: known for its powerful medicinal properties. It is mostly consumed in its tea form that may help improve several health aspects like heart issues, gut health, immunity development, kidney function enhancement, allergy reduction, UTI treatment and arthritis pain.
Rose Pedals: High in antioxidants and vitamin C. Strong anti-inflammatory that may to help improve digestion, soothe cramps, anxiety. A cup of rose tea may help to soothe anxiety and reduce stress.
Oat Straw: has emerged as a safe, natural remedy that may help your stress, anxiety and insomnia. It is wonderful for women for it strengthens bones, soothes the nervous system, stabilizes blood sugar, relieves depression by nourishing your pancreas, liver and adrenals and keeps your teeth strong.
Ginger Root: complementary remedy for nausea, digestive issues, and symptoms of the common cold. Some research also suggests that it may help regulate blood glucose and be beneficial for NAFLD. Ginger tea may also help people with arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
