Drinking too much water, for example, can lead to nasty side effects. It is all about BALANCE, introducing and experimenting slowly and consistently.
Our recommendations are to check with your doctor first for contraindications. Second, experiment slowly and lightly and watch for side effects. Start with 1-2 cups daily.
