We’ve been navigating a bit of a perfect storm: our wholesalers have been running several weeks behind, which has slowed down our ability to restock, blend, and ship out your magical tea orders. But rest assured, we’re hustling hard to catch up and get your goodies on their way.

Our next big shipment is arriving today and tomorrow!
Tracking numbers will start going out later today and tomorrow morning, and all orders will be dropped off at USPS on Friday and Saturday.

At Emerald Coast Alternatives, every order is handcrafted with care by our small but dedicated team of 1-2 people. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the volume of orders we receive, processing times can take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Once shipped, USPS delivery times have been unpredictable, and while most packages arrive in a timely manner, occasional delays or lost packages do occur. To set realistic expectations, we estimate a total shipping timeframe of 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order. *Custom Blends & 1/2-1lb orders are subject to longer wait times.* We know this may seem like a long wait, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work hard to streamline our process and get your teas to you as quickly as possible.
